Bridgit originally came to SAFE in 2012, surrendered to SAFE along with another pinto filly named Jewel. Bridgit always had the sweetest disposition and absolutely people, and even 13 years later, she is still one of the most interactive and affectionate mares you’ll ever meet. Bridgit has always been a quick study, learning basic skills, like leading, trailer loading, standing for the farrier, bathing, and clipping before completing 60 days of professional training. Bridgit was adopted in 2017 and became a three generation horse, enjoyed by grandma, mom, and kids. Her adopter rode her extensively, and always had wonderful updates for us about Bridgit and her life. However, In 2025, circumstances unfortunately changed and Bridgit is now back at SAFE and looking for a new family.
