Our sweet Rojo donkey recently snorted out the candles on his 16th birthday cake! This handsome fellow is living the good life in foster at Jackie’s Slacker Camp™ with his good friend Sparky and the rest of her marvelous menagerie. We will see both Rojo and Sparky back at SAFE in the next month as they prepare to be greeters at Heart of the Horse.
When we asked Rojo what he wanted for his birthday, he requested many scratches, and maybe an extra carrot or two in his grain pan. Happy Birthday, Rojo! We are so happy to have you with us.
