In the year she has been with us, Mahina has experienced a lot of firsts: first bath, first dental, first farrier appointment. After many hours of groundwork, Mahina was ready for another first: wearing a saddle. The first time being cinched up was momentarily dramatic, but only for a few seconds. Since then, she has been wearing a saddle like an old pro, proving to us what we already knew: that Mahina is a smart and very adaptable mare.
