Down the road at her foster home, Tulip has been doing exceptionally well. This beautiful chestnut mare is a far cry from the thin horse seized by Animal Control earlier this year. She is looking appropriately round these days, and clearly feeling great! When she is not romping out on grass, she is hanging out with her foster sister, Venus.
