Thank you for your interest in adopting a horse from SAFE. For each adoption, SAFE conducts a site assessment. These are done either through scheduling an in person site visit or by having the potential adopter complete this form. In lieu of a site visit, you are asked to complete this form and provide accompanying photographs as indicated in the form.
The assessment is to confirm that your property will be a safe and healthy environment for horses. Your SAFE Adoption Coordinator will let you know if there are any concerns that might exist so that corrections can be made prior to a horse’s arrival.
