Sandy runs the non-profit, Raven Rock Ranch, that combines her professional training as a therapist and her love of horses. She works with trauma-impacted people. Asha, now Ria, and Jax, now Rex, are such calm and wonderful horses and the kids that come through her place just love them. They are ridden some but mostly just loved by the kids. They are extremely well taken care of by Sandy who does night check herself to ensure all the horses are fine and all doors closed for the night.
