Checkers was adopted by Silver from previous adopter, Lola. Silver wanted a companion for her horses Bindy and Athena. Checkers is not ridden and is very relaxed and happy. She gets along very well with Athena and Bindy. Athena is an older horse while Bindy is approximately 4 years old. 
Athena is happy that Checkers is there to run around the fields with Bindy when Bindy has the zoomies.
Silver and her husband Matt have created an amazing home for the horses. Checkers is a very lucky lady!
