Wednesday’s first saddling at SAFE was a mellow affair. Wednesday herself is a pretty mellow gal, so it was perhaps not too big of a surprise, but still a very pleasant reality for us.
We will continue to work Wednesday on the ground to prepare her for her first rides. She is a smart mare, and not too troubled, but we will still give her the time she needs to make that first ride as positive as possible.
